Law Office of Gregory J. Grebe

Serving Personal Injury Victims in Alaska since 1985

The Law Office of Gregory J. Grebe is an established law firm with a long record of successful claims for injury victims. We are located in Anchorage, and serve clients throughout the Mat-Su Valley, the Kenai Peninsula and beyond. We handle a wide range of negligence cases, from car accidents and work injuries to slip and falls and dog bites.

I have practiced law in Alaska since 1977. After working as an associate and partner at local firms, I established this practice in 1985. As a solo attorney, I am familiar with each case and can provide personalized, responsive attention to each client. I do my own case preparation — excellence is important to me — and I personally handle your matter from intake through resolution.

Alaska Outdoors

Living in Alaska allows me to enjoy my favorite activities — hiking, climbing, photography, hunting and fishing. With a lifetime of activity I have had several surgical repairs to get me back out doing what I like to do. So I Alaska Outdoorsunderstand what it's like to be laid up and unable to work. I do everything I can to help clients resume a normal life. I work hard to ensure clients are fully compensated for future medical needs, rehabilitation, lost earnings and any permanent disability or diminished enjoyment of life.

Pursuing a personal injury claim is like mountain climbing — you run into trouble if you're not prepared. At the start of every case, I set a goal, anticipate obstacles, and envision the route I'll take. Then, I am constantly reevaluating where we are. This allows me to react to problems that arise along the way, make the necessary adjustments, and move on toward the destination — your full and fair compensation.

The Experience and Insights to Help

Having lived and practiced in Alaska for over 30 years, I understand the local courts and the values of the local people who might serve on a jury. Juries in Alaska are not as empathetic as they once were. But they understand common sense and honesty. I have found that a plaintiff’s attorney can prevail with a well-articulated and properly documented claim.

I have an AV® peer review rating*, and I am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a designation based on points for actual trial experience. These qualifications are held by just a few Alaska personal injury lawyers. Insurance companies are aware of my courtroom success and willingness to go trial, a reputation that helps me negotiate the maximum settlement for my clients.

Service to Clients and Community

I receive most referrals from clients who were happy with their results. I also get regular compliments for the service and support provided by our firm.

I believe I am a better lawyer because I have experienced personal difficulties myself. I have learned a great deal from hardship. Faith and friends have helped me find solutions to life problems. Now, I can share spiritual insight with those looking for similar solutions. I am active in helping with a number of individuals and entities. I am heavily involved with my church as a mentor, coach and leader dealing with addiction and spiritual issues. I have also been involved with missions to Guatemala and India, a local homeless shelter, and a project directed towards Alaska native issues.

Because my first concern is you, I will not take your case unless I believe I can help you. Call me today at 1-800-490-3946 to discuss your personal injury or wrongful death claim in a free initial consultation.
